WatchXpert Official (“we”, “our”, “us”) aims to deliver your order quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how shipping, delivery timelines, tracking, and related issues are handled.
By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy.
1) Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India (service availability depends on courier coverage and pin code).
For remote locations, delivery may take longer.
2) Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

During sales, high-demand periods, or unforeseen delays, processing may take longer.
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp/SMS/Email (where available).
3) Estimated Delivery Timeline
Typical delivery timelines after dispatch:

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

Other Cities/Towns: 3–7 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, festivals, or operational issues.
4) Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.
We may offer free shipping on select products or during promotions.
5) Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD availability depends on:

7) Delivery Attempts & Customer Responsibility
Courier partners typically attempt delivery 1–3 times.
Please ensure:

Correct address and landmarks

Active phone number reachable for delivery calls

Someone is available to receive the parcel
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect details, or refusal, the parcel may return to us.
8) RTO (Return to Origin) / Refused Delivery
If an order is returned to us due to:

Customer refused delivery

Customer unavailable after multiple attempts

Incorrect address/phone number

Courier marked area as non-serviceable
Then:

Re-shipping charges may apply, or
-
Refund (if applicable) may be processed after deducting forward + return shipping fees and other applicable charges.
For repeated RTO cases, we may restrict future COD orders for that customer/address/number.
9) Damaged / Tampered Package
If your package appears damaged or tampered:

Do not accept the delivery (if possible)

If accepted, claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
10) Wrong Address / Address Change
If you need to change your address:
