Welcome to WatchXpert Official (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website/services.

1) Use of Website

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or using the site under supervision of a parent/guardian.

  • You will provide accurate and complete information while placing orders.

  • You will not misuse the website (fraud, hacking, spam, abusive behavior, or illegal activities).

We may restrict access or cancel orders if suspicious activity is detected.

2) Product Information & Availability

  • We try to display product details, pricing, and images accurately.

  • Product images may appear slightly different due to lighting, editing, and screen settings.

  • Availability may change without notice. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will inform you and offer an alternative or refund (if prepaid).

3) Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are shown in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change prices, offers, or product details at any time.

  • Payments are processed through trusted third-party gateways. We do not store full card/banking details.

COD (Cash on Delivery) is available on selected pin codes and may be limited for certain users/locations based on courier service and order history.

4) Order Confirmation & Acceptance

  • Order confirmation (via WhatsApp/SMS/Email) does not guarantee acceptance.

  • We may cancel an order due to:

    • Incorrect pricing or product information

    • Non-serviceable pin code

    • Suspicious/fraudulent activity

    • Stock unavailability

    • Courier limitations

If a prepaid order is cancelled, refund will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.

5) Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on courier operations and your location.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing correct address and phone number

  • Being available to receive the parcel

  • Accepting delivery when the courier attempts delivery

6) Cancellations

  • Cancellation is possible before dispatch only.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

7) Returns, Replacements & Refunds

All return/replacement/refund requests are handled as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Key points:

  • Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery (recommended with unboxing video).

  • Items must be unused and in original condition unless damaged/incorrect on arrival.

  • Refunds (if approved) are processed after verification.

8) RTO (Return to Origin) / Refused Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Refused delivery

  • Incorrect address/phone

  • Customer unavailable after multiple attempts

Then:

  • Re-shipping may require additional charges, or

  • Refund (if applicable) may be processed after deducting shipping/handling charges.

For repeated RTO/refusal cases, we may restrict COD service for that customer/address/number.

9) Warranty / Service (If Applicable)

Unless specifically mentioned on the product page, products are sold “as-is” with support limited to manufacturing defects on arrival (as per Return & Refund Policy). Normal wear & tear, accidental damage, and misuse are not covered.

10) User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide fake order details or attempt fraud

  • Abuse or threaten our staff/support team

  • Misuse COD service by repeatedly refusing deliveries

We reserve the right to block such users and take action if required.

11) Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, text, product photos, design, graphics) is owned by WatchXpert Official or used with permission. Copying or misuse is not allowed without written permission.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect losses (business loss, profit loss, or consequential damages).

  • Our responsibility is limited to the value of the order placed on our website.

13) Privacy

Your personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy.

14) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.

15) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat, India.
